Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
Lifetime access to the current version, plus updates for at least 12 months. If we retire a course, you retain a downloadable PDF guide.
What materials do I need to start?
Beginner kits use kraft paper offcuts, cotton twill tape, washi, and a bone folder. We provide a checklist and suppliers in each course.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Complete all lessons and submit final photos for review; you’ll receive a digital Certificate of Completion.
Are the techniques beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our Beginner pathway avoids complex multi-angle folds and focuses on clean, repeatable results.
Can boutiques or teams get group pricing?
Yes. We offer tiered licenses and private live sessions for teams. Start with a note on our Contact page.
What is your refund policy?
If a course isn’t a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before downloading certificate assets.
Do you cover eco-wrapping in detail?
Yes. We teach reusable textiles, starch glue, and low-impact alternatives to plastic tape and polyester ribbon.
What tools are required for advanced folds?
A bone folder, metric ruler, cutting mat, micro-serrated scissors, and low-tack tape are our core recommendations.
How often are new courses released?
We release 3–4 new courses each year focused on seasonal themes and advanced sustainable techniques.
